They responded quickly to the failure. They sent out replacement parts but did not package them correctly to protect them from ESD. They provided videos to access the circuit board but the wiring harness on their photos and videos was different than the one on my chair. When it came to getting a replacement, they decided unilaterally to issue a refund rather than send a replacement. That is extremely disappointing especially when you need the chair.

I received my order a couple of days before promised and was happy with the quality of my scissors.
