I am not able to directly speak with someone and it takes days before they respond. I have the wrong item and it was not builder depot fault but there need to be an easier way to communicate about this.

Do not purchase from this company you can not talk to a customer representatives the Telephone, they DO NOT RETURN YOUR CALL. If you are lucky you may get a email respond. They also do not honor mistake for the price listed on line for Wal-Mart customers. Thank you for NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. GREAT JOB WITH NO TELEPHONE CALL RETURN!. FRED REYES
