I ordered 2 units. Each was to have 8 boxes of towels, 1600 towels each for 3200 towels total. Each unit was to weigh 30+ pounds; 60+ pounds total. Instead I got 2 boxes, 400 towels, weighing a total of 7.5 pounds. I contacted WalMart customer service, which sent a demand to TrueValueSuperStore for the additional towels. Despite WalMart rules for Marketplace vendors, TVSS never responded. WalMart refunded my money, for which I am grateful. I won’t buy items from TVSS again. Happy with WalMart, tho.

Can buy right amount instead like some others that you have to buy over 200 Dollars to get the price and still have to pay shipping. Very Good Product for the price
