Horrible!! Would give a zero rating if possible. Mailed first instrument to the wrong address in a different city. Second instrument sent was NOT a euphonium but something called a Superbone that looks like a trumpet. A trumpet and euphonium are nothing alike!! Now we have to go through the trouble of sending the wrong instrument back and getting a refund. Do not recommend doing any kind of business with this incompetent company!!!

I received the box with no telescope in it, it was empty. Several emails to the company went unanswered until I just returned it. I will stay away from this company, seems they dont care to respond to their customers.
