This seller never sent me anything while claiming that they would contact the shipping company and the “investigators” whom ever they are. I have yet to get this item, which was a Christmas gift or a refund fund. They stopped responding after failing to come up with an honest answer.

The shipping services were terrible and honestly customer service when dealing with it they didn’t seem to care. They showed me a picture of the front porch in a package and it wasn’t even my front porch and didn’t seem too worried about trying to help me find it if I was on my own to find the purse which cost for me that is a lot of money for a poor person like myself to spend on a gift. Sorry, if my honesty Offends the company, but they should do a little bit more to help their customer in cases like that

The shipping took forever AND to top it off the package needed a signature. Who is home to accept packages?! I had to go to post office and wait on ridiculously long holiday line. You’d think the items were something rare and irreplaceable. Never order from these people unless you love a hassle.
