Numerous Walmart facilities rebalanced tires , each time they checked balance they had to change weights on tires up to 15 punches , so I felt if they could not get them to balance I returned them for refund

The seller sent 3 of 4 tires to Walmart. When I called their 800 number they refused to help.me told me they only work through email. Never emailed me back, never addressed the situation. They are horrible to do business with. Walmart took 3 days to get a person that was willing to help and the Walmart employee went above and beyond to help. I 100% do NOT recommend purchasing from simple tire

simpletire runs a deceptive description of tires on some features tires, for example the higher price states (2 tires). You end up paying the higher price and the order is devided into two higher priced orders. after reading there reviews I didn't bother trying to return the tires or a price match. Walmart offered the same tires at a reasonable price and I ordered the remaining tires I needed. it helped to offset the overpayment to simpletire. why Walmart allows them to be a 3rd party seller is beyond me? Walmart obviously hasn't interviewed their own staff in the auto department to learn of the disruption simpletire causes for them. I submitted a complaint with Walmart and provided the simpletire link. Also the tires I received from simpletire had been previously mounted. not driven on but we're mounted. I suppose they don't balance out and then were sold to me as new. Shame on them. I'll know as soon as my other tires arrive and I'll deal with my limited options that will lose me more money.

Tires arrived in a couple of days, and in perfect shape. Using simple tire again in the future.

Really had no dealings with them. The tires were exactly as ordered and arrived in a timely fashion.

purchased 4 tires . 3 out of the 4 were out of compliance due to excessive roadforce. been trying to get replacements sent but been having a hard time with the warranty claim. I've tired asking for a phone number to call and feels like i keep getting the runaround .paid over 1500 for new tires and now im stuck with 4 tires just sitting in my garage unable to use .

The tires arrived three days before the original delivery date which was fantastic. would recommend this seller to anyone.
