Disappointed in how it actually looks. The photo showed the names of the cities very clearly. The actual glass is hard to read, and it was the whole point of buying this, as there are many cities that are very important to us. It's still cute, but not what I hoped for.

Why are there only 5 stars? Best Customer Service Experience I have had in a very long time. My original package was delivered by USPS, but went AWOL. Contacted World By Shotglass, and received a replacement 3 days later after exchanging emails. Will definitely use this seller again and highly recommend.
