It was what it said it was, more cheaply than I could find anywhere else. It did the job it was supposed to do. Shipping was much faster than indicated.

I would have to say our "communication" was great!! Because he had it for sale, I wanted it. I read all of the reviews plus his item description, so I knew that was the one I wanted!! I have not actually used it yet but, I did take it out to my vehicle and made sure that it slid up over the oil filter housing. So, I am certain that it will remove the filter housing when it is time to change the oil in my vehicle!!

Incompetent seller. They sent the clearly marked wrong size. I immediately.returned the product. A month later, I still have not received a refund. They send me 2 emails a day saying the same thing: one to apologize, and the other showing the amount of the refund, which is $9 less than what I paid. Terrible service!
