Got EXACTLY what I ordered and paid for. The LI-ION 6-cell battery pack proved to be the original (8-years old? - completely shot). Replaced with a $30 "generic" replacement from CWK, and now once again have 2-3 hours of battery back-up. So, for a total of approximately $250 (including tax), I got a GREAT Windows-10 PC with a fresh battery pack and a SSD - VERY happy with this supplier/re-seller.

This thing arrived and would not even power up. Contacted the refurbished IT Supply. They said it was the battery and said they would send another one. First of all could they not test the machine before sending it out to make sure it works. Bad business. Something tells me when the battery arrives this thing still probably will not work and of course I’ll get my money back. Me need for this laptop is time sensitive and this is a major inconvenience. Don’t buy from IT Supply refurbished.
