i had to contacted them a month after my buying at Walmart, and asked them about my engraving plate, and i was like so if i dont call, i will never get the plate, they were like give us your info and we'll send it, 2-3 months after still not received...... very disappointed, 0 stars 🌟 and 0 satisfaction. ridiculous
