I am sure River Electronics will help me get a replacement part for the record player. Have not contacted them yet. They are a reputable company and do not know about this problem yet.,

Should provide a choice of new or refurbished and state what your going to receive when ordering.

They came and were exactly what I ordered, but I ordered the wrong size. I needed the next size down. I wanted to adapt quarter inch plug to a CD player. The player takes the next size down.

The unit was packed in an overly large box with useless cushioning paper. However because the item itself was boxed and protected with it's own packing material the unit was undamaged. It came much earlier than expected.

The item came in 2 days, way before the expected date.

Just had a problem with the wrong tracking number.
