Purchased on Dec 6th with priority 3 day mail. On Dec 8th they sent them to shipping. Today, Dec. 17th, I called the company to find out what happened to my package. I got a voice mail, and they never called me back. Very poor customer service and there will be two disappointed girls on Christmas because they won't be getting these charms.
