We did not get the correct item that I ordered. It really shouldn’t be that difficult. What is even more concerning is that the item I did get had “wrong Part” with a 😞 written on the box. Apparently someone else received the wrong part too before I did. This is unexceptionable.

Correct item sent but to early to determine reliability as manufacture item performed for eighteen years.

It wasn’t accurate . After asking for all of the information shipper still didn’t get it right.

It was packed good and I received it in good condition
