They delivered me salt 3 days after a snow storm..it was order before the storm .I will never order from them again.Terrible

Sent wrong item altogether which we did not order or want. It was damaged. They never sent fedex link for official return. Spreetail Terrible customer service.

I ordered 2 of these for my grandchildren for Christmas. Within 2 days the seam was ripping apart on one of them. I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this to no avail. I spoke with several people. They said return it. I explained it is not possible to get a large memory foam chair into a box and could they just exchange the cover. They said no, I must return the whole thing. We even had photos of the problem. Over several days and many representatives, the best they could come up with would be for me or my son, as they had already traveled home with it, to go to a moving company and purchase a moving box and take it to FedEx. There was a total disconnect and lack of understanding about the problem and the easiest was to resolve it. Unbelievably frustrating. In the end we decided to keep the defective product as my grandson loves it . I repaired it by hand and they will take it to a seams, at their expense when it re- tears, which it undoubtedly will.

Great got my shipment up to my door steps and got it earlier then expected arrival.

seller was accurate in description and delivery came early.

Wonderful griddle. We like it because it has larger cooking space than most flat griddles.

there was a chip off the right side of the steering handle 1/2" x 1.5". It seems like it was a good price and maybe that is why, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time.

I never received the item. Fedex delivered to unknown area/address!

Very pleased with this purchase. shipping was very fast. It is so light weight and throws the snow way out of the way. Highly recommend.
