There was no need to contact the seller for this item I am totally satisfied with- no it's not a $100 cordless screwdriver -BUT it works like one and I saved a ton! overpriced brand names don't always mean they are better! We live in a time where more people than not can't afford "fancy" therefore it's wonderful that a company like this provides reliable, and affordable products for us and that goes a long way in these times!

I received the item just fine, bjt needed to. return and I would have loss too much money sending it back, so I just kept it and decided to cut my losses.

Great price, shipped quickly, BUT item arrived NOT in a shipping box. Not a big deal - this was a gift for the wife. Luckily I retrieved it before she got to look at it. Other than that, got it at a great price.

They said they could not provide me with a return label due to damaged or defective. They also said I would have to cover the return shipping, but didn't provide an address or contact information whatsoever ! Frustrating to say the least.

The product was delivered in good condition and it works. The box in which the product came was badly damaged and it was clear that the original box in which the snow blower came had been opened and re-sealed. I was worried when the box arrived thinking the machine inside was damaged, but it was not. So...I could do 4 star but fact is the machine arrived in new condition and it worked.

we bought 2 floor lamps that we couldn't put together. i contacted the company for a refund/ return a couple of days ago and still have not heard back. i wish i could just take them to Walmart!

The towel/napkin holder was perfect. It was just the right size, easy to keep clean, and it fit on the countertop leaving enough space. The towels fit and they helped dry my hands. They were nice and soft.
