we bought 2 floor lamps that we couldn't put together. i contacted the company for a refund/ return a couple of days ago and still have not heard back. i wish i could just take them to Walmart!

The towel/napkin holder was perfect. It was just the right size, easy to keep clean, and it fit on the countertop leaving enough space. The towels fit and they helped dry my hands. They were nice and soft.

the best possible calendar is the one-a-day flip over. You can insert your paperwork on a particular day in advance and then forget it until the day arrives. If you must keep another calendar - fine, but this one-a-day is invaluable. i have been using it for over 50 years. One at worki --- one at home.

Very good company to deal with. I had to return, because they already had one. The company was more than kind and very helpful.

I have no beef with the seller, but I have a big one with Walmart concerning this order. When the gift recipient told us they didn't want or need this item, I initiated a return. But Walmart will not accept the item at a Walmart store!!!! We we instructed to ship the item directly to the seller at our expense. Totally inappropriate for an item bought from Walmart. Very very unhappy with Walmart!!!

Great flavor, straw is too short so it’s impossible to get the whole content out. To expensive for that!

This is what I sent the company: Thank you for responding so quickly. Unfortunately, the delivery driver did NOT drop off two boxes, only one. Normally, the drivers take a photo of what they have dropped and it shows up on my Walmart.com app, but this driver did not do that. I have pulled it up on my porch video camera and it clearly shows that he scanned only one box an left it on the porch without taking a photo. He was on the phone talking to someone about another order and then he left. I am providing the video clip in this email to show that only one box was delivered. Since I got a great price on this item, I would like it replaced, preferably before Christmas, but I will take it after Christmas as well. The item is now over $100 and I paid only around $30. They responded that they would NOT send the product that was not delivered, nor would they sell me another one at the low price. They should have honored the price that they sold the original one that wasn't delivered.

The product is great. I am having trouble finding the proper contact to order a part! I was sent to several different numbers and it just seems like they don't have a clue where to send me! I was asking for a milk frother attachment. Thats it!
