Everything was great with shipping. The product is terrible. It is suppose to seal envelopes but the glue they have in them does not work. They should just sell these as empty vessels so that water can be used. They do no work. Very disappointed in this product.

The seller does an excellent job of presenting their product. Th colors %26 design of the packaging makes their product look most enticing, and with good reason. It is delic; one of our very wintertime treats. It's rich brown color enhances even the planets mug. The smell is magical. The taste is deep, dark, %26 creamy. I really prefer it plain, but sometimes it's fun to adorn it with a little whipped cream %26 chocolate sprinkles, mini marshmallows, a dash of cinnamon, or a peppermint stirring stick. It pairs well with shortbread, a vanilla or almond biscotti, or an English muffin. Where a low sodium diet is required, dark chocolate is a boon, since it is significantly lower in salt content than milk chocolate. Nestles Abuelita Mexican Hot Chocolate Tablets contain no sodium %26 are practically lactose free. If you or members of your family are lactose-intolerant, this is an important consideration. I would really encourage Nestles to develop some lactose-free products. I think they would be very successful. I like this cocoa mix so much that I sent some to .y children %26 grandchildren all over the country for Christmas! It was much appreciated.

Shame on you for sending expired hot chocolate 3 days before Christmas.

There was no need to contact the seller for this item I am totally satisfied with- no it's not a $100 cordless screwdriver -BUT it works like one and I saved a ton! overpriced brand names don't always mean they are better! We live in a time where more people than not can't afford "fancy" therefore it's wonderful that a company like this provides reliable, and affordable products for us and that goes a long way in these times!

I received the item just fine, bjt needed to. return and I would have loss too much money sending it back, so I just kept it and decided to cut my losses.

Great price, shipped quickly, BUT item arrived NOT in a shipping box. Not a big deal - this was a gift for the wife. Luckily I retrieved it before she got to look at it. Other than that, got it at a great price.
