I had ordered the Dyson V15 vacuum for my wife as a Christmas present. I didn't open the carton. When she opened the box on Christmas, it was a big disappointment. Dyson made a mistake and shipped an air purifier instead of the V15 vacuum that I ordered. I had to return the air purifier and re-order the vacuum.

love this machine. great suction. had an earlier model for years and loved that too. very handy and quick to pull out for clean up and then store back in its wall mounted charger. well worth the investment

Dyson is the best vacuum cleaner for us. Its selling points are its durability, battery recharging ability, ability to clean. I have had 2 Golden Retrievers and expecting a new puppy in the Spring. They shed! This vacuum consistently cleans up the hair!

Refurbished vacuum initially quit working within a few minutes of 1st startup, but Dyson customer service was AMAZING and they sent out the part I needed right away. Installation of new part was super simple and unit is functioning perfect now. The measure of a company is not in whether or not there is a problem, problems happen, but the way a company handles problems is what sets the better companies apart from the rest. Dyson will always be my 1st choice as their products are well build, easy to repair and their customer service is 5*S*T*A*R*S!
