arrived quickly, excellent communication of ship status and very, very well packaged. No Styrofoam - all cardboard, which i appreciate very much. Looks just like new (it was a refurb)

Product was delivered in a timely manner in a nondescript box. However there wasn’t an instruction manual included in the box.

Seller is actually Dyson, so product came in plain (not original) packaging, but was packed like an engineer would pack, with very specific cardboard subpartitions. As I said in my review, a dead 2nd battery was replaced by helpful Dyson folk. (not Walmart)
