The seller knowingly advertising using false information by saying it works for series s and it isn't compatible.

Terrible customer service. Not responsive, sent wrong item.

The item came exactly as advertised. There was no issue with the product when it arrived; and I was very satisfied with the seller and that they were true to the description of the product.

Products seem to be misrepresented in descriptions and shipping is slow and poorly packaged. Tracking status from Colorado to Texas got all the way to out for delivery then went to returned to sender for insufficient address.. Bad business…

honestly overpriced but gave them a chance item looks like it sat in a dingy basement full of critters and just not worth what was paid

The inside packaging was pretty damaged and falling apart. I had to tape products together and tape the packaging together to hold the products in place to be displayed within the package. I am excited for my daughter to use the doll and products and I’m hoping they are not damaged her right out. But we will not know until she fully opened each product.

We asked for 16 to 18 inch sharks and they sent us centimeter sharks so it was very disappointing

Great company to deal with. Got my order 4 days early.
