My big package arrived very well protected, the organization in the bags with each piece were so amazing that helped me a lot to put my fireplace together in no time. Descriptions in reality are to a T to how described online. Also, my package arrived 2 days earlier than expected (I loved it) Thank you so much Cofree *Hight fives to you* :D

The only thing I would suggest to Cloud Mountain would be to pick a different shipper. Fedex managed to dent two of the post and the base of each post was bent in as well. Excellent product, less than stellar shipping company.
