Boxes dented and boards broken. Delivery was messed up.

We have now purchased three of their kits and have been very pleased. Instructions are superb. Quality is excellent.

Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Acurate description of the product. I like that the lid automatically adjusts to the outside temperature.

Do not buy the "expert assembly". The swingset itself is perfect for my 4 year old HOWEVER I paid for the expert assembly and after 3 weeks post delivery and request of refund did I finally receive a set up date. They sent one person for a two person job, who while very nice, put some pieces on backwards and uses the wrong screws causing long sharp protrusions all around the set that had to be cut down to avoid injury to my child. Save the money, call a friend and put it together yourself.

One small wooden piece was split when I opened the box but thankfully it wasn’t a major piece and I was able to fix it. Shipping otherwise went as expected.

Bolt became loose after having item for 5 months and injured my toddler. This item is not safe to use!

Alright seller got product in time need to work on some stuff better quality better instructions

Customer Service was top notch.. Quick to respond to any question on missing part and sending them.. So far happy with the purchase...
