Overstock Drugstore

I was charged $11.86 for what should have been $3.48, by Overstock.com for this item. Very UNHAPPY! I have emailed Overstock, hoping for a resolve on this.

Bottles are not as shown! The nipple is plastic clear. My son did not like it, I needed the silicone nipple which Is the whole reason I ordered this. Tried contacting customer service multiple times, was never answered. Very poor customer service, item took about a month to arrive, not as promised. Very disappointed.

I received the wrong item - a flavor my child does not like. I contacted Walmart, who contacted the seller for me. They were slow to respond and then asked me to send a photo of the product. I did that, and then heard nothing. I tried contacting them several more times, and received no response. So wrong items received and no customer service. Walmart is issuing a refund, but I have to go through the hassle of sending it back, and I still don't have the correct product.

When ordering selection showed two count. Since the product was $14 I thought I was getting two boxes. I only received one and haven't heard back from seller customer service.

Secure, protective packaging. Arrived intact and timely.

The pens shown in the photo are not the pens that were sent.

Delivered before the estimated date. Perfectly packaged.

Online is difficult. One package not delivered and the other damaged goods
