I got the product when told I would. The mop does a good job with one little problem. If you have an old kitchen ceramic tile floor, the mop does not get at that "ground in" dirt. Once that ground in dirt is taken care of it will help maintain the really clean floor. For that reason I will keep using the mop. Enjoy the mop.

I don't remember any communications from this seller. I thought Wal-Mart was shipping the product. I did know it was being shipped. Everything else was fine. Lack of identification/communication only reason 4 instead of 5 stars.
