I received my frame broken on one side. Contacted the seller and answered me within 24 hours. They needed me to send photos of the broken frame and the shipping labels on the box it came in, which I did. That next week they sent me a new frame. Great company service. Will be ordering more frames from them.

Frame is basically what you see. Looks more black than brown. Detail is pretty small, but overall nice frame for plastic, which, I can't tell it's plastic, unless I were to touch it. I'm happy with it.

I gave my frame purchase a 3-star rating upon receipt due to poor quality, but after trying to insert a picture, I drop it to a 1-star. The acrylic piece broke in two places just trying to get the picture in. You should be ashamed to sell such junk at a high price.

Shipping is a little slow but the products are perfect

The frame was perfect for the diamond painting I made. I spent months making my art work and because it was so delicate, I wanted to frame it myself at home. It came out great!

The frame is exactly as described and the colors show true to the photos. I’m very happy with how it looks. My only minor complaint is that to get this specific size, I was forced to buy a 2-pack when I only needed one. I'm giving it 4 stars for that reason, but the product itself is great.

Frame arrived late and broken. Had to return the item. Not blaming the seller. I’m sure the the item was damaged in transit. The box had foot prints on it. Explains the damaged frame.
