received my frame packaged very well and the delivery time, though not as specified, but it did not take too long. The frame is very nicely made, and I do like the wood and the distressed look. The color is nice and I like it because it is different from other frames I have but is goes well with the decor.

Frame came fast, and worked perfectly with the diamond art project I had completed and wanted to frame and protect from dirt and dust. It looks beautiful with the black frame. And the frame is well made with a sturdy back and thicker plexiglass front than most other frame manufacturers offer. I would order from this company again for my future frame needs.

I bought 2 frames. Very nice, well made. Looked all over for the black with inner burnt red color. Beautiful frames. But one came complete, cable, hanger, screws even the mount on the wall with a nail. The other didn’t have anything but the cable. Would have been irritated if I’d been counting on it

I received my frame broken on one side. Contacted the seller and answered me within 24 hours. They needed me to send photos of the broken frame and the shipping labels on the box it came in, which I did. That next week they sent me a new frame. Great company service. Will be ordering more frames from them.

Frame is basically what you see. Looks more black than brown. Detail is pretty small, but overall nice frame for plastic, which, I can't tell it's plastic, unless I were to touch it. I'm happy with it.

I gave my frame purchase a 3-star rating upon receipt due to poor quality, but after trying to insert a picture, I drop it to a 1-star. The acrylic piece broke in two places just trying to get the picture in. You should be ashamed to sell such junk at a high price.
