The light bulbs arrived safely and timely. The packing was well done to insure no breakage. The company sent an email follow-up to check satisfaction. I responded that it didn't fit as it should have according to the description. I have not received a response back.

Bulbs arrived promptly, but shipping charges for this small order were way out of line - I paid more in shipping than cost of bulbs. I'll get these bulbs from Amazon or eBay in the future where the shipping charges are more reasonable.
