Delivered promptly, item as described - so far. Hard to review something that's supposed to last 10 years!

The item arrived quickly, but was the wrong item and I have not had any luck with a return (either taking into a Walmart or waiting for hear back from the company directly).

Bought through Walmart on line. Easy to follow instructions.

These people seem to be easy to work with even though I have yet to realize any refund for their (no, it was my) mistake!

Seller is attentive and ships fast while other sellers would still be looking at the order !!

Delivery time was exceptional. Much quicker than expected and such a reasonable price.

Weird experience while editing. Every time I tried to edit, it would take me to the end of the paragraph. Otherwise it was user friendly.

Not saying they were bad to deal with. They were very responsive. However, when you go to buy the item there should be a clear disclosure at checkout right below confirm but to disclose return policy.

The phone is for my father in law (92) lives and assisting living he likes his new phone thank you.
