Item was much smaller than it looked . Looks like jewelry for an infant

The charm came in good timing that’s not the problem was it just broke so quick. The piece that’s connected to the loop that goes on the chain is not of reliable quality to hold together a 10k gold pendant.

met my expectations for design Was a little let down with how flimsy it is. I'm definitely going to have to get a thinner change and another pendant of my necklace my boyfriend gave me 🥰😍

Ordered by mistake thinking it was real gold but the return process was no issue

Purchased as a gift for my adult daughter. It is high quality and absolutely stunning. She has received so many compliments!

I used their chat feature requesting information to return the item and have never gotten a response. I waited at least 5 days but no response. I looked on the Walmart cite and it said to take it into the store however I found that I will need to print a label and ship it back. There were no instructions in the mailing packet.
