I received a text message stating this item was delayed and would be delivered the next day. At 10:30pm that evening my driveway alarm went off. We looked out to see an ice cream truck pulled into my driveway. He sat parked for about 5 minutes. I was getting ready to call police when a gentleman got out with box labeled Walmart. He dropped off the package and left. The box and contents all smelled of cigarette smoke when I brought it in the house.
