I was unable to fit the merchandise purchased at this retailer and was having trouble returning the item, they were very responsive to my issues and fixed them within 24 hours. I will use this retailer again as I have not had any issues with their customer service or the merchandise that was ordered. Even though I returned it, it was packaged great and the right item.

Granddaughter loved the skates. I paid extra to have come them come before Xmas. Wasn't notified that it wouldn't be on time. It would be 2 days before heard anything. Received an email that it would be there that day, but it didn't come. I didn't hear anything about the delay. Finally the next day, they came. They owe me the extra money that I paid to get there before Xmas.

I ordered 2 skates from market place one in a childs size and one in an adult. I received 2 childs which were about 1/4 the cost. I have tried to return the one child pair for about 7 days. No one will answer the phone or emails. on the internet it says this is not a valid order number.

I bought boys quad skates from this retailer but actually reieved girls quad skates. i figured it would be easy to return. Unfortunately, i cannot actually talk to anyone at the customer service number but I recieved an email to print off a return label but i would still need to pay for shipping that was nonrefundable. Obviously, i am very disappointed mainly because i cannot talk to anyone.

I am very satisfied with my order, I should have realized the time of year ( Christmas ) I wasn't in a hurry for the order. I would order from this retailer again.

The chart you must order from at bikesomewhere.com for tire chains was in my case incorrect & I checked it 3 times. It cost me $20.00 To ship back the wrong size. Now I order my chains from tirechains.com. The review's for bikesomewhere.com are Bad, mostly about returns-They did refund my money normally. MAYBE if their chart was better they would not have so many returns. It was wasteful.

REC'd on time and when expected. Everything was packaged well, and was very pleased.

this is the sound pair of skates i've bougt here an nevregot the first pair ,an the,2nd one are'nt here yet ether not happy that my granddoughter didnt get her birthday gift.
