This is the first purple rug I bought that is exactly as pictured. The color is the same as the website photo. I have sent back 5 rugs so far, cuz the color was completely different than pictured. It did take longer to receive than promised, but I didn’t care once I saw it was exactly as pictured

Excellent product, but had to return because it didn't fit. The return process was easy - prompt responsiveness, easy to work with and made an exception for my extenuating circumstances. Would be happy to do business with them again.

zero communication. product arrived broken and now we are out over 400$. they won't refund or replace. very unhappy

The seller gets your order to where you don’t have to wait. I was able to receive it in four days. This is from out of state they make sure you get what you want. Highly recommend. I’m happy with this company.

Received when promised in factory box with all parts and instructions for installation.

Package was delivered with a broken globe. Contacted seller, who contacted company who made it and sent it. A new globe was sent immediately! Never get this service any more. Extremely satisfied with product and service,

Item seems to be defective. Faucet does not go off. Water drips constantly. Faucet come on by itself when cartridge is closed.

Received item quickly. The shower head and sprayer are exactly as described and work beautifully.
