Package was delivered with a broken globe. Contacted seller, who contacted company who made it and sent it. A new globe was sent immediately! Never get this service any more. Extremely satisfied with product and service,

Item seems to be defective. Faucet does not go off. Water drips constantly. Faucet come on by itself when cartridge is closed.

Received item quickly. The shower head and sprayer are exactly as described and work beautifully.

perfect replacement for when the plastic center of my original broke out

We received our product in a reasonable amount of time. We were kind of worried it could be broken when it came. But, it was packed very well and had no reason to worry.

Ordered two rear discharge toilets significantly less cost than box store home improvement. One arrived damaged but a simple message to seller and a replacement came 2 days later.

Although I purchased my items through Walmart, they came through Build.com. I opened a return through Walmart, and they passed it on to Build.com. I was told, by Walmart, that Build.com would contact me. It has been over a week and I have not heard from them. Because I purchased through Walmart, it makes sense that the return would be through them as well. I’m not happy with this “pass-the-buck” situation. I want to return my items and receive my refund. This should not be this difficult.
