We received our product in a reasonable amount of time. We were kind of worried it could be broken when it came. But, it was packed very well and had no reason to worry.

Ordered two rear discharge toilets significantly less cost than box store home improvement. One arrived damaged but a simple message to seller and a replacement came 2 days later.

Although I purchased my items through Walmart, they came through Build.com. I opened a return through Walmart, and they passed it on to Build.com. I was told, by Walmart, that Build.com would contact me. It has been over a week and I have not heard from them. Because I purchased through Walmart, it makes sense that the return would be through them as well. I’m not happy with this “pass-the-buck” situation. I want to return my items and receive my refund. This should not be this difficult.

One of the two mirrors that I ordered was broken during shipping. The box was intact. But the center of one mirror showed a impact point that must have shattered the glass. Walmart allowed me to return the broken mirror on Monday and the supplier shipped a new mirror on Tuesday. The replacement mirror is scheduled to arrive on Friday via Fedex,

This seller doesn't have a free return policy. I had to keep the part I ordered by mistake, because to send it back was quite pricey and didn't make a sense.
