Loved the product. Shipping of the product was less that desirable. Item took way to long to ship and once shipped the tracking on the item was poor due to shipping it with USPS

I've waited weeks for the order to arrive and it still hasn't. I asked for follow up through customer service and that hasn't gone anywhere either. They are just bouncing me around to different e-mail accounts. Do yourself a favor and don't make the purchase this direction. Buy it in a store so you know you'll get it.

Box was broken and color containers as well as activator were congealed to an extent that no amount of warmth can make it liquid. Total waste of money.
