Happy with shipping. Came sooner than anticpated and they kept me up to date.

It arrived unexpectedly. I was surprised. I think I'm going to get another tablet, because the price is right.

I didn' t have to communicate with the seller because the item description was spot on. I received my HP Laptop in a timely manner and in great condition .

It came without English instructions and it was unloadable when i called them there was no answer ever though i tried many times contacted HP could not get warranty as it had an owner already It seemed a scam EXTREMELY disappointed I had only ordered from Walmart 1 time I will definitely realize even if it says a US name 3rd party it still may be a Foreign Country and in my case i thought i was buying new and HP was not helpful unless it was through them Im still waiting to have the amount returned to my paypal so though they charged me qyickly the refund isn't quick another issue as i needed a laptop and since this one did not work i had to go buy another one which is costly waiting for the refund if you have to turn around and immediately replace your laptop again very frustrating Be very cautious buying from this 3rd party

I haven't talked to the seller. I would say that the laptop should have been updated since 2021.

My local Walmart would not accept item for return. HP would not accept item for return. I have no way to contact seller
