I tried calling them and Walmart tried calling them maybe it’s because the virus never got a hold of anybody
was wondering how this would come due to it's size. But package came undamaged and cleverly shipped.
Even though they originally screwed up the order, I only have good things to say about Bells Bike Shop. It was a mistake (it happens) but they went out of their way to take care of me and fixed everything right away. A great group of people doing the right thing. You can definitely trust them for all your bike needs.
