Part ordered doesn't fit my george forman grill, can I return?

Sent totally different part then what I ordered. They couldn’t supply the proper part either. Returned the wrong part and still haven’t saw a refund yet

Only the pan. No grate. No handle. No louver. Box came ripped open. Returned item and they kept the $9.99 shipping. the old ripped up box and one strip of ripped tape couldn’t have been worth $9.99. Do not use this company

Item was exactly as described and a perfect fit. Arrived sooner than scheduled and well packaged, no damages at all.

Part failed after 4 months and they offer only 90 day warranty. On paperwork it says full factory warranty without any mention 90 days.
