good seller got them before thanksgiving got them like 2 days after thanksgiving giving

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIRD PARTY VENDORS AT WALMART- I;VE SEBT 2 EMAILS TRYING TO START A RETURN FOR 4 TIRES AND THEY NEVER RESPOND- VERY UNPROFESIONAL PEOPLE-

Tire Brothers is one of the most dishonest companies I've ever dealt with I have jumped through hoops supplying them information to enable me to return these tires and they just ignore me I cannot believe that walmart.com would deal with the company as dishonest as Tire Brothers. the way I have been cheated has permanently changed my confidence in walmart.com to do the right thing. I am extremely disappointed in walmart.com

The seller was very prompt in providing this purchase.I can't speak to customer service as I did not require any kind of communication. On that note, I will mention that I tried to buy these same tires through a different vendor online. Not through the website from Walmart and they sent the incorrect ones, even though the order was correct on what tire I purchased.

Nothing to say, which is good! I had no questions. Arrived prompt enough and as described.

Only 2 of the tires came, when I paid for 4 tires! I had to refuse the delivery, because I'm not paying $500 for 2 tires. This was a whole mess of a headache between this seller (Tire bros), Walmart, and FedEx. If you are selling 4 of an item, send all of that item together! If it's not your fault, use a different delivery company! I waited 2 days for a response from the seller, and heard nothing. I reached back out to Walmart to explain what happened all over again. Tire bros messaged Walmart back, but not me, the customer. To tell them, to tell me to "wait" ... what?? How, when it was already refused so the tires are already on their way back?? Omg, this was such a waste and stress over money. And I'm not the only one this happened to. Go in and read the other reviews on this seller. Everyone seems to have the exact same problem with them. Sorry, but you need to figure out a better way to ship or better way to do business. Walmart did their part, can't complain about them. For those of you who don't understand websites too well, the easiest way to get help, is to contact Walmart via "Chat with us, call us, or email us," (I think those were the 3 options). When you're signed in, it's usually at the bottom of the webpage. Walmart will be easier to deal with than, probably any sellers. Thank you Lori %26 Andrew! They shipped 2 tires on separate orders. One was received, the other was misrouted and never received. Tire Bros were EXTREMELY unhelpful and Walmart needs to find another vendor.

There’s no information to turn wrong tires! I’ve sent multiple emails and no response over a week! I need the correct tires or a refund!! Tried calling multiple times and sat on hold on a call line for 45 mins at a time and was then disconnected. Unprofessional and at this point I would warn people to not do business with them!
