Didn't require contact with seller. My 4/5 star rating is based on the 100% ALL NATURAL ingredients however, I haven't been able to administer these nose drops to the stray feline, approx. 9 months old, who has what I would refer to as "asthma" sounding issues with running nose. If anyone has ever attempted to apply nose drops into a cat's nostrils, let alone one who resists humans to pick her up but wants attention constantly - the only way would be to wrap her in the "burrito style", another battle. I even purchased a baby aspirator bulb thinking I might be able to at least extract some of the "congestion". It was my fault I didn't realize this product was a direct to nostrils application %26 assumed it was added to food/water as are other products I use for these strays/ferals when they become friendly %26 familiar enough to pet/pick up in order to intervene in basic medical needs %26/or spay/neuter appointments.
If someone has cooperative felines who might benefit from a product to "Promote Healthy Upper Respiratory Functions" this product is what it advertises. I decided I would put a few drops into a kettle of water %26 heat to boiling to allow the steam to moisten the air like a vaporizer. If I could afford vet bills I would certainly bring this young kitty into a vet, however, when there are communities of these cats wandering the roads/streets, parking lots %26 some found me a number of years ago, %26 show up a.m. %26 p.m., financially I have a revolving monthly "line of credit" (in desperation as last resort) with my son, ( pathetic but never intended)to subsidize the second half of month when another hundred pounds of kibble %26 limited canned food are required but social security income is depleted. I repay my son the following month when I get paid %26 always in this cycle of debt. I have collected numerous supplements, medical applications, wound care products etc. %26 I will add this product to this collection for future needs or to loan other furry friend advocates for their community needs.
