Overall, I give this store a 4/5 because they were very responsive and did try to accommodate me for the issues as much as possible. First, my order was delayed from the expected arrival because they had not shipped it out yet. I was scared and thought this store was a potential scam, and I reached out, and they were apologetic. Second, when I received the order it was a brand new top with the tag, but no bottoms were included like it stated with the pajama set. When I notified them, they were very responsive and I did ask for the bottoms if they still had it on hand, or for a partial refund. I received a partial refund instantly! Although, disappointed about the bottoms I am grateful for the responsiveness and refund. I was able to find the bottoms another way. I had this pajama set before, which is why I was really interested, so I am grateful to just have the set back overall.
