I wish I could give 0 stars. We were sent Oral B electric toothbrush heads instead of earbuds. Walmart would only refund my shipping and told me to return the item in the store. The store would not take the item because it wasn’t what I ordered, so they would not give us a refund. When I called walmart.com they said they would reach out to the seller to provide my refund. I never received it. I called back and again was told that they would reach out to the seller and elevate my concern so that it would be taken care of. It has been a month and a half and I have still not received a refund. I will never order from walmart.com again because the seller is a fraud and Walmart hasn’t done anything to help. This seller should not be allowed to continue selling on Walmart.com.
