the shipping was great packing was terrible it was a item in the non-original packaging because there was no packaging there was no padding item seems to be refurbished or something hopefully it's not a counterfeit that does seem to operate properly the collet is slightly junk and it just seems a little off but it does work properly as good power my biggest complaint was the packing India possibility of a refurbished or counterfeit item because the color is off and I've been in Milwaukee user for 10 plus years and it just doesn't seem quite the fit and finish as a true Milwaukee Park time will tell
