Easily the most abysmal online shopping experience I've ever had. The first order was delayed a whole 4 days with no update from the seller. The tracking information was blatantly wrong - one page said it had shipped, while another said it had yet to be picked up. After calling Walmart twice, the seller canceled my order with no reason or warning, not even a confirmation email. The Walmart rep I spoke to said they do not know why it was canceled, as they can see that the item was still in stock. So I ordered it again from the same seller, thinking it was an unlucky error. Not only was my order delayed without warning again, arriving a day late with no confirmation email, but it arrived in absolutely pitiful condition. The books were torn, crumpled, off-color, had bits of glue, frayed ribbons, loose binding, off-center text and pictures - completely unacceptable. I will never purchase from this seller again, and neither should anyone.
