Ordered item on Dec 2, 2025.... was reported delivered a couple of weeks later, but it was not delivered. Finally arrived on Jan 31, 2026- nearly 2 months after ordering. I will screen Chinese sellers much more carefully, and avoid them whenever possible.

poor quality. terrible photo copies of a dietician list. Some of the words are illegible and dont make sense. seems to be blown up pictures then photocopied onto glossy 11x17 stock paper then folded. terrible product. Gonna go to my doctors office and jsut get it there- should have done that to begin with.
