They sent the wrong item, I paid for a Switch 2, they sent a Switch 1… I started the return on line but took it to the store to return it. Walmart said I needed to reach out to 1-800 WALMART….. they told me they were submitting a 3rd party return. I called asking about it and Walmart told me the 3rd party canceled the return…. Stating they were not accepting returns. So at this point I am out over $400 and no one is helping me out! Absolutely awful!
