Seller sent me an open box item, when it was listed as new! These headphones, that were intended for a Christmas present, have OBVIOUSLY been opened and possibly worn because they are adjusted and there is sticky tape residue all over the bottom corners of the box where the packing tape would have been. No link provided to contact the seller since it was fulfilled by Walmart and there is no time to return them and get new ones back before Christmas! Now I just have to hope that they work and haven't been damaged. VERY disappointing!
