This purse was well packaged and arrived earlier than anticipated

A little slow but it got here at the time they said in good condition.

No communication with seller, but a very long wait on delivery.

they are cheap shoe . but i like color. they tore on me just right after i only had them not even two days

I have asked to return this item twice since I could not process a return on the item via the Walmart website. Both times, the seller asked me to accept a partial refund. First time was 20% of the cost and the second time 50% of the cost and I could gift the item to a family member. It is my daughter's money, not mine and a return should be initiated when asked. Time to get Walmart involved I think!

the sizing is off...it fits like a size 36 or 35 but they labeled it as 38. and this makes it difficult to walk in. shipping was the slowest.

it arrived when they said. it did take a long time.

They took longer then expected but I gave them five stars because every time I reached out to them they responded back in a timely manner.
