Sold me items that would not work in my region. I can't add the Aqara Door %26 Window sensors to my Aqara Hub2 or my Homey Pro hub, because they are for use in China and not the United States. After contacting the seller, he refused to allow me to return them. It was after the 30-day return window, however, he should never have sold these items knowing they are for use in China and not the US. This was confirmed by Aqara representative who will be contacting Walmart to let them know.
