THIS SELLER DOES NOT PAY THE US TARIFFS AND TAXES FOR DELIVERY SO THE DELIVERY SERVICE, FEDEX, CHARGES THE CUSTOMER FOR THIS!!!! THIS IS WRONG BECAUSE THE LISTING SAYS THAT DELIVERY IS FREE, BUT THAT'S NOT TRUE BECAUSE THE SELLER DOESN'T PAY TARIFFS AND THE CUSTOMER IS CHARGED FOR THOSE!!!! THIS IS FRAUD!!!!!!!!!

In this case, the charge was generated in error by the carrier (FedEx) and was not requested or authorized by us. This was a carrier billing issue, not a seller charge.
